• The seller offers 1-day exchange only from the date of delivery.
• Exchange is applicable only for wrong product delivered or damaged product received.
• For all return/exchange claims, a clear unboxing (open box) video is mandatory without any cuts or edits.
• Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; requests after this period will not be accepted.
• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact.
• Refunds are not generally provided; only replacement/exchange will be processed based on eligibility.
